Nixon had spent the morning Romancing Maia in the best way that he could. It was a strange day for him to say the least. He wasn't one to care about romance or how he treated her, in fact he was often times cruel to her and openly cheated. Putting that aside, though he was not ready to admit it he was deeply in love with her. It had been a long morning to say the least and Nixon was tired. Looking at the clock his stomach growled and reminded him it was time to eat. The other students hurried along the corridors and a small first year bumped into him, he scolded the boy as he pushed backed knocking the kid into the wall. So he wasn't always a awful guy around the people he liked or could at least tolerate, but people carelessly bumping into him annoyed him deeply.

Making his way to the great hall for dinner he looked around at the seats filling up quickly. Apparently he wasn't the only one with a stomach that was protesting being empty. He looked around for a few of his friends but his eyes landed on a blond girl who had all ready taken a seat. Making his way to her he sat down next to her and grabbed a roll off of her plate Your not going to eat this are you? Oh good I didn't think so he said taking a bite out of it and setting it back down on his own plate. He couldn't go a day without teasing his baby sister, Mara. After all what were brothers for? She was one of the few people that could put a smile on his face, and could put him in a decent mood.

With a sigh he started to fill his plate up. Realizing this year was his last year at Hogwarts, and next year he would be getting married. It sort of made him a little sad, though he probably wouldn't admit it he was going to miss these great meals, his friends and even classes. Adulthood was something he was not looking forward to.
